The report takes stock of the first decade of the Paris Agreement. It notes that 64 new or updated NDCs submitted by September 2025 were informed by the first Global Stocktake and now engage non-Party stakeholders (cities, private corporations)
The report transitions the global focus from initial pledges to the concrete implementation of climate solutions. It evaluates international efforts across six thematic axes (energy, nature, food systems and finance), while identifying critical gaps in deforestation and adaptation funding.

El informe hace un balance de la primera década del Acuerdo de París. Señala que 64 NDC nuevas o actualizadas, presentadas hasta septiembre de 2025, fueron informadas por el primer Balance Global y ahora involucran a actores no estatales (ciudades y empresas privadas).
